A friend from the area took us because of the good reviews but she had never been there, so we didn't know what we were going to find. At first, when they asked us about the drink and we ordered Coca-Cola Zero and they told us there was none, it seemed strange to me and in fact the menu also seemed strange to me, I also saw a lot of fish and seafood (I don't like it) and I honestly didn't understand the concept. . So we told the waiter that we would drink the wine and leave, but the owner sat down with us and asked us to give him a chance and that he would give us an experience, he asked us about our tastes and got to work. First he gave us a portion of Bondiola Iberica, it melted in the mouth like butter, exquisite, ham will never taste the same to me again. Followed by some butter brioches with hollandaise sauce and a meat that was again a pleasure to the palate. The third dish was Ear Sandwich, I didn't see it, but it was with an aioli sauce and a spice that gave it a yellow color that all together was a super combination. For the fourth they gave us what they call, the Chinese table, and it consisted of bao stuffed with deer meat, spectacular, then lemon chicken but not the typical one, it was a sauce that looked like soy but acidic and in combination with the breaded chicken a delight and finally a soup with a delicious wantun. For dessert there were their creations, one with lavender ice cream, lemon mousse and violet petals that put the cherry on top of the dinner and the experience they gave us.
